Davin is Chief Executive Officer of Panda Restaurant
Group, Inc., the leading Asian restaurant chain and
one of the fastest growing chains in the United States.
Panda will open more than 300 Panda Express restaurants
over the next 2 years. The company employs 17,000
people, operates more than 1000 restaurants and achieves
more than $1 Billion in revenue.

Davin
is a member of the board of directors of Oakley, Inc.
(NYSE: OO) and PROTRADE. Davin's investment experience
includes serving as a Partner of private equity firm
Brentwood Associates from 2001 to 2004. While at Brentwood,
Davin led a 2002 investment in privately-held Zumiez,
Inc. to fund the specialty retailing concept's rapid
growth in the "action sports" segment. The
2002 company valuation was approximately $70 Million.
Today Zumiez' (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) public market capitalization
is over $1 Billion.
Davin
earned an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from
Duke University.
